Bright Minds Early Learning Center is building a dedicated and passionate founding team in preparation for our opening.

We are seeking educators and support staff who genuinely care about children, value teamwork and communication, and bring consistency, patience, and positive energy.

Selected candidates will play a key role in shaping our center culture and helping create a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment from day one.

Open Roles

Positions for leadership, classrooms, and center support.

Applications are welcomed for current and future openings. Final duties, schedule, and qualifications are confirmed during the hiring process.

Director

  • Oversees licensing, staffing, safety, enrollment, and family communication
  • Leads curriculum quality, compliance, and staff development
  • Director-qualified experience and ECE administration background preferred

Site Supervisor

  • Supports daily operations, classroom coverage, and teacher coaching
  • Helps maintain ratios, records, schedules, and licensing readiness
  • ECE supervision experience or site supervisor permit preferred

Infant Lead Teacher

  • Plans responsive infant care, sensory learning, and family updates
  • Understands safe sleep, feeding routines, and infant development
  • Infant/toddler units and classroom experience strongly preferred

Toddler Lead Teacher

  • Leads routines, potty-learning support, music, movement, and play
  • Builds language, social-emotional skills, and independence
  • ECE units and toddler classroom experience preferred

Preschool Lead Teacher

  • Creates weekly lesson plans and hands-on learning centers
  • Guides early literacy, math, science, art, and friendship skills
  • ECE coursework, permit, or qualifying experience preferred

Pre-K Lead Teacher

  • Leads kindergarten-readiness curriculum and child observations
  • Supports confidence, independence, writing, phonics, and number sense
  • Strong classroom management and family communication skills needed

School Age Lead Teacher

  • Runs after-school homework, enrichment, outdoor play, and group routines
  • Supports safe transitions, pickup procedures, and peer relationships
  • School-age or youth-program experience preferred

Assistant Teacher

  • Supports lead teachers with supervision, activities, meals, and rest time
  • Helps maintain a clean, organized, child-centered classroom
  • ECE units or willingness to continue training preferred

Floater

  • Provides flexible classroom coverage across age groups
  • Assists with transitions, breaks, cleaning, meals, and activities
  • Reliable attendance and comfort with changing routines required

Cook

  • Prepares and serves child-friendly meals and snacks
  • Maintains kitchen sanitation, allergy awareness, and food records
  • Food handler certification or willingness to obtain preferred

Maintenance Help

  • Supports center cleanliness, repairs, room setup, and outdoor safety checks
  • Helps keep classrooms, playgrounds, and common areas ready for children
  • Dependability, safe work habits, and communication are required

Licensing and Clearances

  • Background clearance and child abuse index clearance when required
  • TB clearance, immunization records, and health documentation
  • Mandated reporter training and ongoing professional development

Certifications and Forms

  • CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
  • ECE transcripts, permit, resume, and references when applicable
  • Food handler card for cook applicants
